Job Summary
A telecommunications company is in need of a Telecommuting Bilingual Portuguese English Customer Experience Representative in Phoenix.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Explaining charges and credits and resolving complex billing scenarios
- Assisting customers with pay-per-view orders, programming packages changes, and equipment upgrades
- Offering existing customers additional programming and promoting products and services
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel for on-site training for 13-15 weeks and a minimum of one on-site workday per quarter will be required with additional days scheduled as needed
- Bilingual proficiency fluent in English and Portuguese
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Proficiently utilize Windows OS (XP, 7, 8, 10) and internet search engines
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
