Job Summary
Financial services company is in need of a Telecommuting Bilingual Spanish and English Client Services Specialist in Phoenix.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Being the main point of contact for customers who are looking for answers regarding their healthcare and retail credit cards
- Discussing payment options and educating customers on various promotional plans
- Answering inbound calls from customers regarding their credit card inquires
Position Requirements Include:
- Must live within 65 miles of call center in Phoenix, AZ
- Must be able to satisfy the requirements of section 19 of the federal deposit insurance act
- 6+ months of customer service experience in any industry or equivalent military experience
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
