Job Summary

Financial services company is in need of a Telecommuting Bilingual Spanish and English Client Services Specialist in Phoenix.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Being the main point of contact for customers who are looking for answers regarding their healthcare and retail credit cards
  • Discussing payment options and educating customers on various promotional plans
  • Answering inbound calls from customers regarding their credit card inquires

Position Requirements Include:

  • Must live within 65 miles of call center in Phoenix, AZ
  • Must be able to satisfy the requirements of section 19 of the federal deposit insurance act
  • 6+ months of customer service experience in any industry or equivalent military experience
  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
