Job Summary
A contact center is seeking a Telecommuting Bilingual Spanish and English Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Speaking fluently in English and Spanish
- Speaking on the phone, using a computer, and using logic to solve problems
- Empathizing and being friendly with people you've never met
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be able to provide awesome customer service on behalf of the big companies
- Must own a personal Windows-based computer with monitor, speakers and anti-virus software
- Must own a USB headset for online training and a telephone headset for taking live customer calls
- Must have a subscription to high-speed, hard-wired Internet connection
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have exceptional interpersonal skills
