A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Bilingual Spanish and English Customer Service Representative in Delray Beach.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answering inquiries about benefits and eligibility information, claims and billing
- Receiving inbound calls from current and potential healthcare customers
Required Skills:
- Minimum of one year of recent experience in a call center customer service role
- Required Fluency in Spanish and English
- Strong technical skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable internet with 5 mbps download and 2 mbps upload speed
- Exceptional customer focus and customer relations skills
