Job Summary
A provider of technology-enabled risk and benefits solutions is seeking a Telecommuting Bilingual Spanish and English Service Center Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assigning new claims to the appropriate claims handler
- Entering verbal and written application information
- Contacting the customer by telephone, written correspondence and/or the claims system
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel as required
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent oral and written communication
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Good customer service skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English
