Job Summary

A provider of technology-enabled risk and benefits solutions is seeking a Telecommuting Bilingual Spanish and English Service Center Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assigning new claims to the appropriate claims handler
  • Entering verbal and written application information
  • Contacting the customer by telephone, written correspondence and/or the claims system

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Travel as required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
  • Good customer service skills
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
