Job Summary

An outsourcing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Bilingual Spanish and English Streaming Services Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting customers via phone, chat, and email
  • Answering customer questions about services, device compatibility, billing and subscriptions

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Required to have a home-office environment, internet access, USB headset, router, modem, web camera, and computer system
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Able to work at the computer and on the phone for scheduled shifts
  • At least two (2) years of related customer service experience
  • Able to type at least 35 WPM with proper spelling and grammar
  • Able to successfully pass a credit, criminal, and employment reference security check
