Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommuting Bilingual Spanish Family Health Registered Nurse.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting medical management activities
- Representing the company before client management, members, and physicians
- Performing care coordination, and performing assessments to create a care plan
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel occasionally as needed including overnight stays and initial training for this role will be in North Texas for approximately 3 to 4 weeks
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 years direct clinical care to the consumer in a clinical setting
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current, valid, unrestricted license in The State of Texas
- Plus 3 years wellness or managed care experience presenting clinical issues with members/physicians
- Verbal and written communication skills including composing and conducting presentations
- PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, database experience and Web based applications
