Job Summary

An education technology company has an open position for a Telecommuting Book List Educator in Wakefield.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Reading and scanning books for important topics, themes, literary and instructional elements based on a preset (closed) taxonomy
• Writing content for our online platform that increases ease of title search and discovery
• Working 10-15 hours per week

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree is required
• Proficient in common technical tools (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Dropbox) required
• 3+ years teaching or school-related experience, which may include curriculum planner or literacy coach
• Education professional with knowledge of topics and skills covered in K-12 classrooms
• Outstanding writing, proofreading and editing skills
• Very responsive to emails, calls and other forms of communication
