Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommuting Business Change Manager.
Must be able to:
- Identify potential issues, project charge, and scope
- Develop and design processes and systems that support business needs
- Build support for business change throughout the business unit
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel 25% of the time depending on the needs of the business
- BA/BS in a related field and 5 years of process or project related experience; or combination of experience and education
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project)
- Experience working in a lead role on one or more projects
- Experience working in a clinical environment
- Experience doing presentations to internal and external teams
