Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommuting Business Change Manager in Rockville.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing business content expertise in Provider Value Based Care business capability development
- Partnering with sponsor to develop high level requirements, scope and strategy
- Developing and designing processes and systems that support business needs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field
- 5-8 years of process or project related experience that includes experience in successfully developing and managing projects
- Requires experience in representing business needs while driving large scale
- Must have very strong oral/written/presentation communication skills and facilitation expertise
- Must have intermediate/advanced skills in MS Project, MS Office tools
- Must be able to work East coast hours
