Job Summary
A publishing company has an open position for a Telecommuting Business Development Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting targeted outreach to prospects to secure meetings
- Identifying K-12 decision makers and contact information for prospects via phone or internet searches
- Following-up on eLearning leads generated by marketing, sales, and professional learning
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be able to attend meetings in-person
- Minimum 5 years of work experience
- Four-year college degree
- Demonstrated record of success in academic or professional background
- Excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proven project management and presentation skills
