Job Summary
A wireless company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Business Development Utility Director.
Must be able to:
- Evangelize and nurture future and existing usage models for Sierra Wireless products
- Identify and establish relationships with key individuals and influencers in the target companies and develop partnership frameworks
- Identify and develop target partners by industry
Position Requirements Include:
- Target and attend industry events for the purposes of developing new partnerships
- Technology experience in network, wireless and/or industrial equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or similar discipline is required
- A proven track record of successful Business Development and/or Sales
- A minimum of 5 years experience in one or more of the following industries: Electrical Utility, Oil & Gas or Water Utility
- Previous relationships and experience with leading companies in the Electrical Utility, Oil & Gas or Water Utility market
