Job Summary
A travel company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Business Travel Counselor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing exceptional traveler care to our corporate clients
- Providing outstanding customer service and accurate completion of all travel arrangements and special requests.
- Providing consultative multi-country/multi-carrier routings for best fares and preferred carrier usage
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Corporate Travel call center experience required
- Professional written and verbal communication skills are required
- Hours of operation for this position will vary and flexibility is required
- Minimum 3+ years of Corporate Travel industry experience required/Internally 2+ years experience with high performance
- Sabre/Apollo GDS experience is required
