Job Summary

A travel company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Business Travel Counselor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing exceptional traveler care to our corporate clients
  • Providing outstanding customer service and accurate completion of all travel arrangements and special requests.
  • Providing consultative multi-country/multi-carrier routings for best fares and preferred carrier usage

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Corporate Travel call center experience required
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Hours of operation for this position will vary and flexibility is required
  • Minimum 3+ years of Corporate Travel industry experience required/Internally 2+ years experience with high performance
  • Sabre/Apollo GDS experience is required
