Job Summary

An insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommuting C and S LOB Quality Leader.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading the talent development process to ensure next generation of quality experts and leaders have development plans
  • Governing overall quality of work performed through review, analysis, and taking action
  • Creating a work environment that sustains high employee engagement and retention

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Travel 25 % of the Time
  • BS/BA Degree
  • Proven leadership with 10 years of progressive operational, engineering, or related leadership
  • Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement
  • Ability to monitor the process for ongoing quality opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Proficient analytical skills and ability to use data to drive improvement activities
