A call center has an open position for a Telecommuting Call Center Customer Support Representative in Miami.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Thinking of rebuttals and overcoming objections
- Fielding incoming calls of people interested in rideshare driving
- Walking people through the application process
Position Requirements Include:
- Comfortable with and driven to meet and exceed goals and metrics
- Able to follow scripts and toggle between various programs
- Able to navigate through technical challenges on the phone with the job seeker
- Have strong listening skills, professional telephone manner and ability to deal tactfully with callers in a fast paced call center environment
- 35 WPM minimum keyboarding required
- Able to talk on the phone while on the computer for long periods of time
