Job Summary

A marketing agency is in need of a Telecommuting Call Center Sales Trainer in Atlanta.

Must be able to:

• Enhance and deliver sales training and ongoing coaching to our call center team of nurses and concierge agents
• Optimize and maximize company's call center agent effectiveness to client goals

Qualifications Include:

• Contact center training and management experience
• Excellent computer/software skills
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of experience in consumer-oriented sales and/or sales training
• Experience delivering in-person and distance learning
