A camping services company is seeking a Telecommuting Camping Services Customer Support Guide.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Responding to camper and host tickets
- Reporting on data and share narratives from customer conversations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of customer service
- Must enjoy the work of fast-paced start-ups
- Familiar with Slack, Help Scout, Trello, and G Suite
- Confident in making decisions and working through tickets autonomously
