Job Summary
A company in the education industry is in need of a Telecommuting Campus Operations Senior Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring financial goals are met by monitoring expense levels
- Selecting and onboarding campus leadership and ensuring that the region is appropriately staffed
- Assessing and directing campus leadership development in the assigned region
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Minimum 10 years management experience with 3-5 years' leading at the senior level
- Master's Degree required
- Ability to analyze, interoperate and make decisions based on data
- Manages people well
