Job Summary
A nonprofit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Candidate Development Director.
Must be able to:
- Assist candidates in rapid response and immediate tactical needs
- Coach developing and supporting a portfolio of candidates
- Monitor internal data system entered campaign data
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel Requirements: 40%
- Experience with at least three election campaign cycles
- At least 6-8 years of work experience
- Ability to work occasional weekends and evenings
- Effective 1:1 skills focused on building relationships
- Proven ability to manage high quality, high impact driven people
