Job Summary

A non profit organization is filling a position for a Telecommuting Canvass Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Meeting your office fundraising objectives and canvass in the field
• Training staff in grassroots fundraising and campaign skills
• Building a team of canvassers by conducting outreach, interviewing prospective staff, making hiring and firing decisions

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Willingness and ability to relocate and/or travel for these positions
• Capacity to engage and inspire a variety of audiences
• A demonstrated commitment to social justice, strong analysis of systemic oppression
