A company specializing in genetic testing for rare hereditary disorders has an open position for a Telecommuting Cardiac Genetic Counselor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Provide pre and post genetic counseling via telephone and telemedicine
• Review family history to determine best testing options for patient
• Help facilitate testing for cardiac patients

Qualifications Include:

• Masters degree in Genetics Counseling from an accredited genetic counseling training program is required
• Must have ABGC certification or have active candidate status
• Ability to work remotely and independently with general supervision
