Job Summary
A staffing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Cardiology Application Analyst in Gulf Coast.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Troubleshooting identified issues, solve end user problems, enhance and optimize applications
- Creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation in regards to enterprise systems and applications
- Identifying and escalating production-critical issues to appropriate IT personnel
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Candidates can work remotely from home and travel as needed
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- 1 year of experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Visio)
- Must have working knowledge of a within the specific department
