Job Summary

A well-known health insurance company is in need of a Telecommuting Care Manager Assistant in the Hillsborough Area.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Preparing, editing, and forwarding letters to the mailroom for members
  • Uploading attachments to the case details into the database system files
  • Reviewing documentation on various reports to identify tasks requiring attention

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travel 5% - A valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,000 limits
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, e.g. Word and Excel
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a separate room with a locked door that can be used as a home office
  • Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or Cable modem for a home office (No Satellite)
  • ACHA Level II Background clearance
