Job Summary
A well-known health insurance company is in need of a Telecommuting Care Manager Assistant in the Hillsborough Area.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Preparing, editing, and forwarding letters to the mailroom for members
- Uploading attachments to the case details into the database system files
- Reviewing documentation on various reports to identify tasks requiring attention
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel 5% - A valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,000 limits
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, e.g. Word and Excel
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a separate room with a locked door that can be used as a home office
- Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or Cable modem for a home office (No Satellite)
- ACHA Level II Background clearance
