Job Summary
A financial company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Certified Financial Planner.
Must be able to:
- Facilitate workshops, webcasts, 1 on 1's, and phone-based financial coaching using a proprietary methodology designed to help individuals change their financial habits and behaviors
- Develop new products, services, curriculum, and continually innovate existing products and services
- Analyze data and experiences to write articles and develop research on trends in personal finance, which are published by financial planning and HR publications and utilized by a large range of professionals and individuals
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel (up to 50%) to deliver workshops and onsite financial planning sessions
- CFP certification - MUST be current and active
- 10 years minimum industry experience (this is a firm minimum requirement)
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of financial planning
- Consultative approach - active listening and assessment of needs, compassion and understanding, ability to change approach based on individual needs, and communicate in terms people can relate to and understand
- Ability to gather research and compile data and information in a clear and usable format
