A healthcare and health insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Certified Quality Assurance Coding Specialist in Louisville.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Completing multiple audits and special projects
• Reviewing medical records

Required Skills:

• Flexibility to work at home up to 3 days per week
• One to three years coding experience & ICD-9 & 10 knowledge
• Certification in medical record coding (CPC, CCP, CCS)
• Must be willing to sit for and successfully pass the CPMA (Certified Professional Medical Auditor) exam
• Must maintain annual continuing education requirements
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word
