Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Chapter Support Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with chapter leaders
- Regularly update internal tracking regarding chapter program outcomes
- Effectively guide and facilitate problem resolution as needed between chapter leaders
Required Skills:
- Periodic travel to up to 15% of the time
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of experience in grassroots organizations, campaigns or non-profit management
- Experience with reading and using financial and budget data, spreadsheets and reports
- Experience with team facilitation and problem-resolution practices
- Familiarity with various computer systems, word processing packages, spreadsheets, and data tracking applications
