Job Summary
A internet services agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Chargeback Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review incoming chargeback/fraud disputes
- Perform chargeback processing duties including chargeback reporting
- Respond to customer inquiries
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience working in an e-commerce environment (particularly payments/fraud)
- Experience and expertise in Chargebacks
- Must be able to work Saturday & Sunday plus 3 weekdays (flexible hours)
- Knowledge of the payment card industry
- Research skills/familiarity with fraud reviews
