Job Summary

A internet services agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Chargeback Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Review incoming chargeback/fraud disputes
  • Perform chargeback processing duties including chargeback reporting
  • Respond to customer inquiries

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience working in an e-commerce environment (particularly payments/fraud)
  • Experience and expertise in Chargebacks
  • Must be able to work Saturday & Sunday plus 3 weekdays (flexible hours)
  • Knowledge of the payment card industry
  • Research skills/familiarity with fraud reviews
