Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommuting Chart Review Associate Director in Eden Prairie.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Understanding the business and operational chart review program level details to be able to guide and support
  • Being a key driver of process improvement and gap identification in chart review operations
  • Managing data remediation projects for healthcare clients

Required Skills:

  • Domestic travel required up to 5 times per year for project planning and team meetings
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field and 4 years of experience in a healthcare IT role
  • Chart review experience to support payer and care delivery organization's risk adjustment
  • Analyzing business requirements for compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act and HIPAA
  • Applying project management techniques including project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, and resource allocation
  • Managing data remediation projects for healthcare clients
