Job Summary
A non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Child Safety Product Trainer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of products and law enforcement users
- Drive user growth and engagement through end user training sessions
- Build, manage and update training documentation
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel up to 50% (may require the occasional Sunday travel day)
- At least two years of experience in technical training, writing or a related field
- Effective, persuasive and passionate communicator
- Familiarity with Agile development
- Familiarity with technology that supports training experiences
