Job Summary
A staffing company has an open position for a Telecommuting Cisco Contact Center Technical Specialist in West Milwaukee.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Acting as liaison and escalation point for issues impacting operations in all Health Care contact centers
- Interpreting and analyzing business requirements
- Designing, planing, implementing and supporting traditional and IP based contact center solutions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be onsite 2-3 days a week
- In depth experience and proficiency with the following Contact Center product platforms or equivalencies
- Experience troubleshooting CUIC, PCCX, UCCE or CVP and CUCM
- Requires 3 years of experience in supporting technologies in traditional and VOIP call center environments
- Extensive experience supporting technologies in traditional and VOIP contact center environments
