Job Summary

An insurance company is in need of a Telecommuting Claim Learning Consulting Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying learning requirements, skill gaps and priorities for each line of business
  • Setting objectives to measure program success and evaluate results against the agreed upon objectives
  • Ensuring that initiatives and materials are aligned with opportunities identified through quality and compliance reviews

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of ten years of work experience in the insurance industry
  • Generalist knowledge of multiple lines of business
  • Experience meeting training needs and connecting learning and development resources to quality and compliance
