Job Summary
A major healthcare company is seeking a Telecommuting Client Account Executive.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Acting in a project coordinator capacity to ensure accurate and timely completion of client projects and to the client's satisfaction
- Performing initial research to help determine source of technical issues, and act as liaison between external clients and internal departments
- Communicating with clients via face - to - face meetings, conference calls and written correspondence
Position Requirements Include:
- Able to travel to Schaumburg, IL and Seattle, WA offices as needed
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field from a four-year college or university, or three to four years of related experience
- Customer service orientation and relationship management skills
- State Medicaid experience
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret procedures, general business periodicals and professional journals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, management and technical associates
