Qualifications for this position include:
- At least 2 years of experience in a web-based, service-oriented company providing customer support where email and live chat were your primary responsibilities
- Ability to read into what the customer is looking for, ask the right questions, and exceed their expectations
- Ability to do your own detective work and find clues with the tools you have access to
- Outstanding writing and proofreading skills
- Demonstrates a careful, cautious, and incredibly meticulous work ethic
