Job Summary
A financial service company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Client Relationship Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Accompanying assigned accounts through all major phases of the relationship
- Quickly acquiring a strong grasp of the Company's processes, tools, products and services
Qualifications Include:
- At least 5 years in account management or client-oriented project management
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts/projects simultaneously
- Undergraduate degree (BA/BS or equivalent)
- Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to go the extra mile to provide outstanding service to clients
