Job Summary
A purpose-built payout platform is in need of a Telecommuting Client Relationship Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Quickly acquiring a strong grasp of the Company’s processes, tools, products and services
- Establishing productive, professional relationships interdepartmentally with key personnel interacting with assigned accounts
- Accompanying assigned accounts through all major phases of the relationship
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5 years in account management or client-oriented project management
- Payments, Gig Economy, Direct Selling, Markeplace, Clinical Trials, Affiliate Marketing
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts/projects simultaneously
- Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to “go the extra mile” to provide outstanding service to clients
- Organized self-starter who is disciplined, perseverant, and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
