Job Summary

A purpose-built payout platform is in need of a Telecommuting Client Relationship Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Quickly acquiring a strong grasp of the Company’s processes, tools, products and services
• Establishing productive, professional relationships interdepartmentally with key personnel interacting with assigned accounts
• Accompanying assigned accounts through all major phases of the relationship

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 5 years in account management or client-oriented project management
• Payments, Gig Economy, Direct Selling, Markeplace, Clinical Trials, Affiliate Marketing
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts/projects simultaneously
• Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to “go the extra mile” to provide outstanding service to clients
• Organized self-starter who is disciplined, perseverant, and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
