A genealogy company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Client Report Research Editor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing and editing client reports for accuracy, style, grammar, and spelling
- Ensuring strong research methodology and adherence to industry standards
- Providing our clients with the best products possible
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to attend periodic staff video conferences
- Exceptional technical writing and editing skills in the English language
- Extensive genealogical or historical research skills in several areas with the ability to spot methodological problems
- Must have a strong background in both research and writing
- Thorough understanding and possession of up-to-date versions of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail
