Job Summary

A financial services technology provider is filling a position for a Telecommuting Client Service Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building a model of collaboration that will allow us to contribute strategically and operationally to achieving client business goals
  • Providing added focus on product and service delivery excellence across all business lines
  • Facilitating a more efficient way to harmonize with all of our clients relationships

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 30% Travel Required
  • Ten or more years' experience in customer service
  • Supervisory/Management experience required
  • Ten or more years' experience in the banking/credit union (or related) industry
  • Fifteen years' experience required
