Job Summary
A company that offers outsourced bookkeeping and operational support has a current position open for a Telecommuting Client Services Accountant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Working with multiple clients, learning their businesses and optimizing their accounting workflow
- Taking on the occasional shoebox, putting it in order, and getting the client set-up to move forward
- Collaborating with the clients’ team and providing them with support and data
Position Requirements Include:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 5+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Strong experience working with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to deal with demanding clients with constantly shifting priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
