Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommuting Client Services Dental Specialist II.

Must be able to:

  • Develop, host and record advanced training sessions based on team needs
  • Complete projects designed to advance the productivity of the support team
  • Identify application defects and manage the process of escalating such issues to the appropriate resources

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school) or Work Equivalent
  • 6 plus years of experience in Customer services, software related business, etc
  • Broad technology background
  • Knowledge of the major responsibilities, accountabilities, and organization of the customer support function or department
  • Familiarity with the organization's policies, standards and procedures guiding customer interactions
  • Knowledge of practices, tools, and techniques for communicating with a customer
