Job Summary
An advisory company is in need of a Telecommuting Client Services Director in Dallas.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing timely updates to client management, stakeholders and/or executive sponsors
- Leading, designing, and implementing talent acquisition solutions for this new client
- Managing on-site remote team of Recruiters across the globe
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Willing to travel to client sites, including international and domestic locations, as required (up to 20% travel required)
- Bachelors Degree
- 10+ years of recruitment experience
- 8+ years of experience of project or account management with an understanding of business and effective management practices
- 5+ years of managing talent acquisition in a corporate environment
