Job Summary

A healthcare facility is filling a position for a Telecommuting Client Services Manager I.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensures appropriate levels of service and operational support to assigned clients
  • Develops, builds, and maintains solid client business relationships
  • Actively leads members of the core client team

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Requires domestic travel of up to 30% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree from a four (4) year college or university
  • At least two (2) plus years' experience with Project Management or Project Coordination
  • Two (2) years of client services or related account management experience
  • Outstanding numeric, verbal, written, logic, and analytical skills
  • Good business acumen and understanding of the business processes of PBM services
