Job Summary
A global travel management company is seeking a Telecommuting Client Solutions Fulfillment Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Booking airline/car/hotel for various online customers
- Processing hotel and air savings reports
- Processing hotel direct bills/modifications and resolving customer issues for all online customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of Corporate Travel Consultant Experience
- Excellent Skills in the following areas: Follow-up, Organization, Analytical, Flexibility, Customer Service, Time Management, MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong understanding and past experience with International fares and ticketing
- Strong Exchange knowledge and past experience
- Thorough knowledge of the travel industry including proficiency on the applicable CRS systems
