A retail pharmacy company has an open position for a Telecommuting Clinical Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Interviewing and hiring qualified candidates for the health plan Clinical Advisor staff
- Reviewing employee's output to measure quality and accuracy of handling client deliverables
- Helping drive results across all the Clinical Teams
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel up to 40% of the time
- BS Pharmacy or PharmD
- 5+ years' experience within the PBM industry, having experience with clinical programs and client management
- 3+ years' experience in operations, training, market positioning, and communications in a leadership role
- Having advanced working knowledge of company clinical programs and business model is necessary
