Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommuting Clinical Documentation Improvement Liaison in Nashville.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Proactively managing facility CDI and HSC MS-DRG discrepancy request reviews
  • Reporting to HSC Leadership significant coding trends identified through the CDI process
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes impacting coding requirements

Qualifications Include:

  • Coding technical skills
  • 3 years' health care management/leadership experience
  • 5 years' recent inpatient hospital coding experience
  • RHIA, RHIT and/or CCS
  • Leadership
  • Critical thinking
