Job Summary
An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Clinical Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Driving overall program performance to ensure key metrics and milestones are achieved
- Directly supervising and providing oversight and coaching of clinical and nonclinical staff
- Collaborating with the local Health Plan to identify, manage, and oversee an integrated set of services
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2 years experience in healthcare leadership role
- 2 years experience managing clinical personnel
- Current licensure as a registered nurse, advanced care nurse practitioner, a licensed clinical social worker
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and strong typing skills
