Job Summary

An insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Clinical Manager .

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting and implementing performance improvement initiatives
  • Directly supervising and providing oversight and coaching of clinical and nonclinical staff
  • Collaborating with the local Health Plan to identify, manage, and oversee an integrated set of services

Position Requirements Include:

  • 2 years of experience working with and documenting in EMR systems
  • 3 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
  • Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or LMSW- current license in the state of TN
  • 2 years of experience managing remote clinical personnel
  • 2 years of experience in healthcare leadership role
  • BSN, MSN or MSW
