Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommuting Clinical Operations Director.
Must be able to:
- Provide effective leadership and direction to the Clinical Operations team to meet or exceed business plan goals
- Direct employee recruitment, training and development, and performance based assessment activities
- Participate in client audits or regulatory authority inspections.
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of Project Management or other related work experience in a management position.
- Thorough knowledge of drug development, FDA regulations & ICH/GCP guidelines and international regulatory requirements
- Strong understanding of the competitive Clinical Research industry environment
- Strong understanding of the Clinical Research industry (drug/device/technology, etc)
