Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Clinical Recruiter in Huntington Beach.
Must be able to:
- Partner with regional executives and hiring managers to develop job descriptions
- Identify clinician candidate sources using a variety of creative and effective recruiting methods
- Review and screen all candidates to ensure quality and cultural fit / alignment
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years' recruiting experience, ideally recruiting clinicians
- Self-starter, proactive, who works quickly and accurately and will prioritize and meet deadlines effectively
- Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and technical skills
- Strong project planning and coordination skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
