A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommuting Clinical Research Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Conduct quarterly performance reviews and continuous employee development
• Provide ongoing training, direction and guidance on all clinical programs
• Manage clinical study personnel focused on conducting clinical programs

Required Skills:

• Travel 40-50% on average
• 8 years' experience managing clinical research studies
