Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommuting Clinical Research Sponsors Customer Success and Experience Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Expanding our Customer Success and Experience Team
  • Developing and executing a customer success and customer experience strategy
  • Implementing product that delights our users and creates unique value

Required Skills:

  • Passion for improving healthcare and an informed desire to join a startup
  • Both the ability to build and manage teams as well as the ability to work on-the-ground
  • Prior experience in clinical research is needed
  • Ability to ensure that customers succeed in utilizing and deriving value from a product
  • 5+ years of work experience that would directly support your success in this role
  • The ability to work in a high-growth environment
